How long are the treats baked for?
All treats are dehydrated at low temperatures over 10-12 hours to help retain the nutritional value of each ingredient. 

How long will the products last?
All the treats are preservatives free so most of the treats will last 4 to 6 months. However if stored correctly, it can last longer than the best before which will be printed on the packaging.
To properly store the products, please keep it air tight container and in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight.

Where are your treats made?
Our Treats are handmade in Melbourne in our home. 

Do you use frozen fruit/vegetables to make any treats?
No, we purchase all of the fresh fruit and vegetables fresh for our treats.

What type of animals can eat your treats?
Most small animals that eat hay can eat our treats however please check the individual products ingredients list to make sure it is suitable for your pet.
